NVDE welcomes The Sharing Group as a new member

20 March 2026 - The Sharing Group (TSG) is a Dutch family of tech companies operating in the fields of online services, energy, and (shared) mobility, including brands such as MyWheels, Drop Mobility, EnergyZero, Hegg, Bliq, Mijndomein, Leafcloud, Greenhost, Denim, Soverin, and Publicroam. TSG’s mission is to accelerate the transition to sustainable solutions across all these domains, where shared use replaces ownership and long-term societal value takes precedence over short-term profit. TSG is innovative in technologies such as V2G for shared cars at MyWheels and the use of residual heat from data centers to heat buildings at Leafcloud.

“Shared mobility, solutions for grid congestion, making effective use of residual heat—these are all areas where we currently benefit enormously. We are very pleased that TSG brings this knowledge and expertise, especially now that high energy prices call for an accelerated energy transition,” says NVDE chairman Olof van der Gaag.

“Our motto is ‘good sharing.’ We are therefore very happy to have become a member of NVDE and to jointly promote our mission with like-minded companies,” says Joost van Rooij of TSG.
